Blueberry Coconut Mint Refresher!

Hydration is so important during pregnancy and the postpartum period when your body is working overtime to build a baby, or support recovery, breastfeeding, and hormone balance.
This is especially important during the summer months when hot temperatures increase sweating and the need to increase fluid intake!
This simple blueberry mint refresher is a delicious way to support fluid intake while also adding gentle natural electrolytes.
Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Water
1 cup Sparkling Water
2/3 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
8 Ice Cubes
1 lemon
Directions
In a glass, combine coconut water, sparkling water, blueberries, fresh mint leaves, a pinch of sea salt, and ice. Stir gently to release the flavors. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a lemon slice for garnish to brighten the drink and add a boost of vitamin C.
This is the kind of drink you can keep on repeat. Especially on hot days, during late pregnancy, or those early newborn weeks when remembering to drink water is so important! Enjoy!
