Choline-Powered Frittata


Makes 4 servings

Total choline per recipe: ~1,454 mg

Choline per serving: ~364 mg


Ingredients:


  • 9 large eggs


  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)


  • 1 cup whole cow’s milk


  • 7 slices bacon (chopped)


  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)


  • 2 tbsp basil leaves (for garnish)


Instructions:


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan, whole milk, chopped bacon, and halved cherry tomatoes until well combined.


  3. Pour the mixture into a cast-iron pan or another oven-safe dish.


  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs have set and the dish is golden on top.


  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
